Lisa Donohoe joined CNS in the fall of 2002 as managing editor of the Nonproliferation Review, a position she held through 2006. More recently, she became academic coordinator for the English Language and Nonproliferation (ELAN) program at CNS. A 1977 graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Graduate School of Education, she taught English, bilingual English, and ESL before beginning a career in academic, educational, and research publishing in 1985. To her dual roles of managing the Review and developing curriculum for and teaching in the ELAN program, she brings eight years of teaching experience and 20 years' experience in development of college- and graduate-level textbooks in pre-med and life science, research editing, and publications management, as well as educational assessment.
