                <![CDATA[This year marks the 20th anniversary of the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS). To celebrate this special occasion, CNS will hold several events in Monterey and Washington, DC.<br />
<br />
As part of its celebration, CNS will host a staged reading of Richard Rhodes' new play, <b><i>Reykjavik</i></b>, about the 1986 summit meeting between Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev, on <b>December 5</b>, in Monterey. Discussion follows.<br />
