Liviu Horovitz

Liviu Horovitz is a Fulbright fellow spending his academic training as a research associate in the International Organizations & Nonproliferation Program (IONP) at CNS.

Liviu worked for CNS as a graduate research assistant, focusing on international organizations, especially the implementation of IAEA safeguards and the Iranian nuclear file. Liviu interned at the IAEA in Vienna and he was a fellow in the German Bundestag prior to coming to Monterey.

Liviu Horovitz received an MA in International Policy Studies (2008) from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a BA in International Relations (2005) from the University of Dresden, Germany.
