Monterey Nonproliferation Strategy Group
Conceived as a small body of experienced practitioners and analysts, the Strategy Group aims to identify the basis for forging consensus or near-consensus on creative but realistic approaches that address pressing nuclear proliferation challenges. The Group met in April and November 2006 and considered challenges and potential common ground on issues related to the peaceful uses of nuclear energy and issue related to verification and compliance.
